Richard helped us against a extremely shady used car dealership in NJ that committed forgery and bait and switch tactics. At the end of 2023 I bought a car from a sketchy dealership which verbally and physically assured me that said car was in perfect running condition, and told me many lies that stacked up with that. 16 .. only 16 days after the purchase of the vehicle it completely burst into flames on the side of the highway. Brought it back to the dealer and they aggressively denied to help or allow me to return the vehicle just 16 days after purchase. Because of this I visited mr. Richard who immediately assured me he would do all he could to find a solution for me. Through multiple inconveniences, court rescheduling and all what-not. He was able to successfully win and receive compensation ridding me of any debt with that dealership and there scam.
