**Review for Ginarte Law Firm** My experience with Ginarte Law Firm has been mixed. I started a car accident case with them about a year ago, and while I appreciate the professionalism of the attorneys, the communication and customer service have been very lacking, which has been a significant source of frustration. I noticed that Ginarte promotes itself on social media with videos emphasizing their good communication with clients, which drew me to choose their services. However, the reality was quite different. I found myself having to initiate contact on multiple occasions, as it seemed that responding to my inquiries was not a priority for the team. The lack of follow-up and the feeling of needing to force communication made navigating my legal situation quite stressful. I understand that everyone can have challenging days, but better coordination among team members would make a substantial difference. Sometimes, information got confused, leading to even more stress during an already difficult time. I hope Ginarte takes this feedback to heart and works on improving their customer service. The attorneys are undoubtedly the engine of the firm, but the support staff plays an essential role in the overall client experience. It would be beneficial for everyone on the team to share a philosophy of kindness and responsibility in their work. I am confident that with some adjustments, the firm can grow and provide a quality service that truly reflects what they promote in their communications. I wish them the best and hope that these suggestions contribute to enhancing the experience for future clients.

My experience here has been really lovely. They made a stressful situation feel easy with patience and understanding. I especially appreciate the prompt communication and frequent updates. Andrea and the staff were always very friendly and helpful in guiding me through the whole process. Highly recommend!

1st check if your insurance qualifies because they will only help you medically. If you are looking for money the attorney won't fight for it until you are in life and death situation and close your case. The only thing they will do is give you an excuse that they tried their best. Let this office be your last choice. Don't waste your time for under 20k.

This place was absolutely a disaster the paralegals are very lazy and misinformed. Other staff like esquires or lawyers are nasty when they speak to you they also don't communicate with the client when deductions are involved ex. Child support. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The inconsistency and bad communication just adds up to the client not receiving their settlement.
