Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience during the first call. The gentleman I talked to asked me if I was ready to spend "thousands of dollars" to file a lawsuit against a business. I'm not sure why he assumed that I signed a RISC agreement and that I had no grounds to start a lawsuit before even looking at my documents. His tone was unapproachable.
