This firm is absolutely professional I was constantly being checked on and informed about everything that was being done. My case was particularly trying but they didn't give up,it took 18 months but I got Disability. Not only did they win but got me an extra year in back pay! I called this place because of the reviews. The person who answered the phone did not seem very educated. Also doesn't seem like she understands much English we got absolutely nowhere for 2 minutes. So I took my services elsewhere.

I had Mr. Bill Costello return my call on an inquiry that I had submitted and let me say he was fast with the call back I was held up on another call so I left a message and he returned my call the next morning ( meaning today) super nice, super friendly and very informative about my situation, although I wasn't aware of certain things when it comes to insurance he indeed gave me information that I can now research and educate myself a-little better with the laws of NJ. I never been in the situation that I am in before so based of the reviews I have read from the Shore agencies was my first pick and I am glad I did Because Mr. Bill did not disappoint if anything he is going to be the reason I will refer anyone that ask for a injury law office you guys will definitely be 1st choice. In October i was in a bad accident with a commercial flatbed because of the drivers carelessness. The driver didnt have his class A and wasnt on the companies insurance. My truck, passed down to me from my dad, was completely totaled. I broke my arm, fractured my wrist, and was covered in deep cuts, bumps and bruises, putting me out of work for months. I chose this company based on good reviews, but definitely did not have a good experience. There was hardly any communication for the first 3 months. The not so bright paralegal made all kinds of false assurances, getting my hopes WAY too high. She assured me it was a 6 figure case, most likely over 200k. She had me type up this long, elaborate, heartfelt statement for the pain and suffering portion. i talked to the actual lawyer once, only after threatening to take my business elsewhere due to lack of communication. Then about 2 months ago i got a call from another paralegal, saying she was taking over because the lady i was originally assigned no longer worked there. The pain and suffering statement wasnt even looked at and my settlement ended up being 40k, leaving me with a little over 24k. What a slap in the face. How did it go from 200k to 40k?! Not only did the lawyer not call, but the company didnt aplogize or try to fix it at all. They could have payed my little bit of medical bills, waved their fee or at least lessened it. They just dumped it all on the paralegal. She had to break the bad news and work twice as hard to get everything settled as fast as possible.
