My 22 year old son got in some serious trouble back in March, that could have resulted in prison time. David Gelman negotiated a deal with prosecutors that kept my son out of prison. When additional charges came up after that, Mr. Gelman was willing to take payments that were within my budget. He also had flat rate if we didn't go to trial and I didn't have to worry about costs sneaking up on me. My son's second case has yet to be resolved, but I have every confidence that Mr. Gelman will get him the best deal that can be had, and while I hope to never again need his services, he will be the 1st person that I turn to and/or recommend.

Completely ripped off . David told us 5000 flat fee for my whole court proceedings. I sent over the 5000 right away to retain him ... when sent the agreement he wrote it a way to be confusing and throw me off but essentially he tried billing me for 20,000 dollars i didnt not sign the agreement and told him it is illegal to charge 5000 for every court proceeding from me understanding and when i told him i knew it was off he said he's dropping me as a client thinking i signed the agreement already which i didn't he said im dropping you and keeping half the money and will refund you a percentage of it . He lied to me so much and also yelled and screamed at my fiance . This was a a very hard time in both of our lives and he took all the money i had for a lawyer and now im not able to retain one because this man took advantage of us and stole a large amount of money from our family in the time of need . David is not a small guy and he scared my fiance so much she was shaking after how he talked to her and taunted us saying now we dont have a lawyer and the money wont be returned . Please dont trust or believe a word this man says even his ads are false and not real its a company that makes very shiny advertisements and pages to make you think he's a high paying lawyer and all those fake reviews .

It was my first serious traffic offense and I was terrified, but Mr. Gelman was absolutely terrific. His staff prepared me for everything, walked me through the entire process, and helped ease so much anxiety. Thanks to their hard work and guidance, we had a very positive outcome.
