I wouldn't ever recommend him to anyone as he Mr.Thomas took my daughter's case as we were paying him of course monthly and only stopped paying him as he or no one ever returned our phone calls or what not , but when the payment was due or suppose to be due , for doing absolutely nothing he would have his secretary call for the payment though when that was due of course. And after awhile I wasn't sending any more money for doing nothing. He was supposed to help my daughter, give visitation rates and go back to court and fight for her kids because they were taken away wrongly from For no reason At all. He was supposed to get visits and everything for her. He went in the courtroom as my daughter was there. I think I think it was on video court as far as I remember and spoke about Child Support and if they would take her off of Child Support in the rears or whatever. That case is totally different from getting your kids back wouldn't you say !! And come today I looked at my debit card and on February 3 of this past year they were trying to get $500 out of payment for what I don't know because they never completed her case or anything. So now I have to change my credit card so it's not taken out of because like I said he did nothing. I should be taking him to court to get my money back for him doing nothing you couldn't get a hold of him or he wouldn't call you back. so I highly recommend that if you're looking for a good attorney, really look into it for what you need. We only hired him because we were looking for an attorney that we can make payments to monthly because we couldn't afford a big down payment as she is a single mother along with myself.
