The Workmans Compensation Insurance process in New Jersey is a long and painful one - no pun intended - but it isn't the fault of Wendy Bornstein. Wendy is sympathetic, brutally honest, direct and responsively communicative and the long time delays and frustrations with the process are not in her control. In the end, I believe it is the process that needs improvement not the legal services practice. Wendy was always courteous, polite, patient and professional and I commend her because client questions and concerns were at times overwhelming. I recommend her highly.
