If you are planning to get jose as a lawyer don't. I paid 3500 for him to help me with a separation dealing with a house. During our consultation which by the way was a seperate charge and didn't go towards his hiring he was very adamant about this being a timely matter and hiring him asap. I got him the money the next day all in cash. He then sat with me after making me get bank statements for the past 10 plus years and I broke down everything to him and highlighted all the numbers he needed. After that he sat down with my ex one day to try and speak to her to settle things out of court. I emailed him numerous times in the next several months to see if he got the documents prepared to serve her for court. His secretary months later called me as she was attempting to prepare the document and I had to go there for couple hours and did it all my self because his communication with her was not the greatest with what we discussed and I outlined. It took him so long after that to do anything that me and her agreed for her to sign the deed to the house and when I called him I found out he was on a vacation internationally. Because of this I had to hire another lawyer who drew up the deed paper work and pay them. Now that I asked about my partial refund they tell me I got $20 back. He never drew the document up , never served her and wasent even the lawyer who took care of the deed. When I looked at the break down of what he typed up and charged me for, it was for every time I called to ask about the status of him filling the motion to serve her. So in recap he didn't even get to file the motion and took so long I handed it my self and got another lawyer to take care of the deed. My family as used him for years and that will never happen again. He is a thief and doesn't show any concern or consideration of your situation, time and issues that are caused by waiting. I understand I'm not his only client and I'm not even upset it never got to the point where he got to complete the paper work but to take all my money away from me and only sitting down with me twice and her once is completely crazy. Plus I was charged seperate for any other letters or paper work. Never again total of $4000 gone.

Jose has helped me with several legal issues from preparing my will and trusts for my children to my divorce. He is extremely knowledgeable and very well spoken. He makes you feel very comfortable and provides top notch service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal help or advice.
