As someone who is frequently asked to personally/privately review the real estate dealings of friends and family, I'm happy to provide some insight on this law office. I will be breaking my rule of "no public reviews" for this dealing. Firstly, organization is lacking. My friends were reportedly signing documents created months prior on the very day of the closing. They also mentioned that the demands were rather strong-armed. Secondly, the office is generally prompt with responding (which is very important), but odd holiday hours combined with an intentional delay in closing caused a massive scramble among likely 9+ different parties to submit paperwork and expedite several processes in order to prevent the shutdown of the deal. If I had to recommend this office to anyone, I wouldn't. I feel awful for my neighbors/friends and what they had to go through with this closing scramble. I was told by many others that this was possibly the 'Worst Closing in Real Estate History' due to the aforementioned intentional delay and scramble.

I couldn't recommend Piotr and his staff enough for the work they performed for me. Piotr went above and beyond to get a very tough deal done, and on the back end there were some circumstances which pushed the transaction beyond the scope of which he was compensated. He never once pushed me for additional funds and always said he was happy to help me through this issue to the end. Using an attorney can be very confusing and intimidating, however if you want a truly professional and personal lawyer and staff please choose Piotr. I will certainly be using him again in the future for any real estate transactions and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a lawyer who stays in full communication and gets the job done right.
