I used this firm for a case where my daughter and I were a victim of a motor vehicle accident. I was actually physically hit by a car outside of them, striking my vehicle. The case was half settled in a year, which is the only half way good thing I can say about this firm. I truly do not feel that they handled the case properly or thoroughly and in my best interest or my daughters. They were more interested in getting the case, closed quickly rather than compensation. I don't feel I was properly informed throughout the case and I know that my case was not handled properly. They had all the information regarding medical bills and yet two years later I'm still getting bills that should've been handled and were issued during the time that my case was open and actively being handled by this firm. The bills which I'm receiving, were also received by them during the time. Lastly, I spoke to the first attorney. I had one time other than that. I spoke to Erika Novoa who I believe is a paralegal the second attorney signed on, and I was informed by Erika of the change never was I given the opportunity of privilege to thoroughly discuss my case with either attorney. Everything was handled with Erika. Normally, I know paralegals handle a lot of footwork for the case, but in previous the one prior lawsuit, I've had the attorneys were more thorough, more hands-on and informative. Don't be like me do your research find a better attorney in New Jersey. I'm originally from New York now living in New Jersey, I had a horrible situation happened to me and my daughter and I decided to go with an attorney in my new state. I'm not happy with my decision.

Thankful for Lance Bitterman and his paralegal Karen who has communicated fully throughout the process. She's kept me up to date anytime I needed an update on my case and made sure I did not have crazy outstanding medical bills. I recommend this firm if you have an auto accident. They will help you!!
