Iinda is the worst lawyer. She doesn't advocate for you properly. She's looking to get paid and rip you off. She never let me know how much she was charging despite me asking her numerous times. 2 weeks before closing she tells me $2,000 and the day before closing I found out she told my title company her fee is $3000+.
