Reached out to the firm over several months. The paralegal was not friendly and the reception was lovely. The paralegal called me back after three initial calls and stated after hearing my case that Mr. Barbone was going to hear my case and scheduled a Monday in September at 4:30. I've known Ed Jacobs for 40 years and Lou Barbone for 30 years, so when I needed an attorney to handle an employment matter, you would think my choice would have been simple and obvious.
