Bill Rudnik is a great attorney and I cannot express how satisfied I am with the way he handled my case. I contacted Bill in June of 2024 to represent me in a Plenary Hearing with my ex husband who refused to meet his child support obligations and would not adhere to our divorce decree. My case was very complex and initially involved multiple real estate properties, child support, retirement accounts, as well as various assets and debts. The real estate properties were one of most difficult aspects of the case and Bill's knowledge of both NJ and PA real estate law helped tremendously. I sat with Bill in his office for several hours and went through the entire case. After reviewing a large amount of material, Bill explained how he expected the case to go and ultimately how the court would most likely rule. He advised me that settling was the best option because one never knows how the court will interpret a case. We tried negotiating with my ex husband but he refused to talk or work with us on any of the issues, even after we went through mediation. We eventually went to multiple hearings and Bill's extensive experience and knowledge of the law were apparent to everyone in the courtroom. I felt very secure with how Bill handled the case and how he stood right beside me from start to finish. The most satisfying part of the case was when Bill cross examined my ex husband. Bill questioned him with such skill that my ex cornered himself in lie after lie. The court ultimately found that my ex was "not credible" nor was his testimony found to be "convincing or persuasive" by the Judge on five separate important issues. The court also found that all our witnesses including myself were either credible or highly credible because Bill kept our testimony on track and relevant. Once the case was finished the Judge ruled exactly as Bill thought he would, almost word for word. I was very impressed and I told Bill he should be a judge himself. He was concise, didn't waste time and explained precisely what he was doing with great transparency. He made sure I understood what to expect and he kept me in the loop with every communication. Throughout the entire experience I knew I made the right choice by choosing Bill Rudnik as my lawyer. Bill's assistant Lisa Deemer was also amazing she kept me informed with the timing of appearances and submissions, and she let me know exactly what I needed to do and never waited until the last minute. Lisa was about as responsive as you can get and I really appreciate her assistance. Bill's fees were very competitive and considering his knowledge of the law and the outcome of my case, I was very satisfied. I felt as though every penny was well spent and my final cost was very fair and exactly what I expected. I never had to worry about my legal fees piling up because Bill and Lisa were very transparent regarding charges. Bill even kept my ex husband's lawyer on point during the process to limit insignificant disputes that could have inflated my costs. Bill is truly a class act, he is very professional, easy to talk to and most importantly, he is trustworthy. I am very satisfied with how everything turned out and will only use Bill in the future.
