Extreme gratitude for Tim Phoenix for helping us through a very stressful moment in a real estate transaction. We sold our house privately, and while intending to have counsel throughout, ended up not reaching out until the day before closing when nerves were high. Tim graciously looked over our documents over night and hopped on a 7am call to go over things and set our minds at ease. Having legal counsel to take us over the finish line with confidence was our only expectation. However, Tim was so calm and kind in his assistance. At no point did he make us feel worse than we already did for doing this so last minute. And his direction and advice was easy to follow and tackle in the hours preceding our closing.
