I hired Rich to help me in my parenting case that i had been fighting for nearly a year and a half now. Within a few weeks he was able to help work out an agreement with the other parties attorney that gave me substantially more time than i was previuosly getting and made me feel a lot better about the situation as a whole. I called in desperate need of help (on a holiday-was listed as open at the time and later changed to-may vary due to Veterans Day). I called at 11:45AM. I told him I was desperate for help and needed someone right away, I could not get any information in because he kept interrupting me. Who's the opposing attorney, bring me $400 and I'm busy with my 2 kids in the car right now call me back at 4PM. Call back at 4. Same thing, $400 before he will even say 2 words to you when it was written to give a free consultation at the time. I'm with my kids trying to have a day off. That is absolutely reasonable. Just don't put you are open, answer the phone or be rude because someone called you! I called because I needed help not to be berated. I had more than enough money to pay for you. YOUR LOSS!!! Don't judge me by my address pretty woman.
