Mike Pignatelli had my attorney drop a suit against Dartmouth Hitchcock after finding I didn't have the right mind to withstand a trial, because I'm too honest and that's not how the law works. These guys are apparently the attorneys Dartmouth Hitchcock use to protect themselves against innocent patients like myself. Word to the wise apparently, based on my experience a doctor at Dartmouth is totally allowed to tell you an HPV diagnosis is no concern at all that it's impossible to get cancer from from HPV, and that HPV goes away on its own, and that even if it does turn into cancer it will take at least ten years. Also based on experience you can actually get to stage three cervical cancer in less than one year from the first HPV diagnosis never mind the second HPV diagnosis that I wasn't even educated on. Doctor Debra Birenbaum was the doctor who ill informed me and got away with it. She gets to go on practicing and ill informing patients while my body and life are destroyed. These attorneys must consider themselves heroes for protecting her and a for profit hospital before the people who go there and pay for their care and give a reason for them to exist in the first place. Finally it's also totally allowed for your Gyn. Onc. To tell you you're in stage one when really your Chemo Onc. at Concord Hospital has to tell you halfway through treatment that your really in stage three one.
