I cannot recommend this "gentleman" I've never been spoken to by someone trying to use my services like that, ever. If you're going to yell at me on the phone and ask me if I know what you do for a living? That's not the kind of customer I want. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mark Rufo as my attorney. From the start, he was arrogant and unprofessional, which made working with him incredibly frustrating. His rude behavior and inappropriate comments during meetings were unacceptable and made the entire process uncomfortable.
