I never thought setting up a trust would be this easy. Paul's experience shined as he assisted me with establishing a trust, a health care proxy and durable power of attorney. All of my questions were answered in easy to understand terms. Paul is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Even thought Paul is a really nice guy and might be good at presenting bankruptcy cases I wouldn't recommend him representing anything else. He seems very nervous, inexperienced, not really available when needed and not argumentative at all. Luckily, I had one hearing after Paul represented me and made an agreement ( represented myself) so everything went well - but no I paid $3000 for Paul to come to court for 30 min, to write an agreement and send few emails. Waste of money.

I Cant thank Paul enough from the first initial meting all the way to the very end when my bankruptcy was discharged. The first meeting he made the whole situation and comfortable (which was very important to me ) He's been with me through the whole 5years. Always returning my calls and emails .I can't recommend him enough. Awesome attorney as well as a great man.
