Joe, is a very kind and understanding attorney who most definitely works for his clients. The first time I spoke with him, was on a Saturday, clearly outside of office hours, and he responded right away. I hired him to handle a case dismissal in NH Family Court that was wrongfully filed. Throughout the entire (lengthy and exhausting) process, Joe and his team (especially Rebecca) were incredibly responsive, helpful, efficient, and above all: honest. He will tell you what to expect and the reality of the situation but he will also fight hard for you. I was referred to Joseph Annutto by a defense Attourney not specialized in divorce. She gave me his contact after I asked who she would choose to represent her in a divorce. I thought this was about the best reference one could ask for. I was immediately impressed at how quickly Joe responded to my first call. He made the time to see me right away on a Saturday morning zoom call. I was impressed by this because I can tell he has a very busy practice; no doubt because he is the real deal! He obviously loves what he does! On that first call I felt like he really listened to what I was saying and that he actually cares. I was in his office the very next business day to retain him and it was the best decision I have made in a long time. His staff are also very sharp and well organized. For example his legal assistant saved me from paying over 20 hours of billing time because she noticed I have legal insurance. Not all attorneys accept legal insurance and I'm glad she took the time to ask the right questions. A week later my soon to be ex wife and her average lawyer filed an ex parte motion that would have restricted me from seeing my two year old twins. Essentially I would have been kicked out of my own home on that day and forced into a the worst possible situation one can imagine going into a divorce. We had exactly 27 minutes of advanced notice to respond. (Shady right?) ...she knew I was at work in Massachusetts. Joe was not only able to draft an expert response to the ex parte, but also get to the courthouse in time defend me. The ex parte was dismissed and her shady lawyer was dumbfounded to say the least. He protected me and my kids. That's a great feeling . Joe has drafted and filed several motions in my case since this first success as of todays date. Every one of them takes into account my concerns and backs them up with rock solid legal representation. I feel relieved knowing he is my counsel in this very challenging time.
