I had an outstanding experience working with Attorney Russo and his team. From day one, everything was incredibly easy and straightforward. His communication was prompt, clear, and always made me feel informed. Kristyn and Jazmin were also amazing to work with--super helpful, patient, and always on top of every detail. Coming from a national, gimmick-based "TV commercial" law firm, the difference was night and day. Attorney Russo took the time to personally walk me through every step of my case, explaining things in thorough detail so I always understood what was happening and why. When it was time to move things forward, his team truly pulled through. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping me. Attorney Matt Maalouf and his team did an outstanding job helping me out after an incident that happened to me. When I didn't know what to do, they had an answer. Everything was seamless. They handled everything between the hospitals, insurance companies and things in between. Jazmin was also great help when I had questions about anything, too. Simply awful and completely unprofessional. Joseph Russo wasn't the attorney originally handling my case, but he's the one who mailed me my documents and refused to represent me, stating, "I got your documents from the surgeon and it's not medical malpractice." Of course the surgeon wouldn't admit fault -- isn't it the law firm's job to investigate and prove medical malpractice? This firm held onto my case for almost a year before suddenly deciding they didn't want to represent me. During that time, I was repeatedly told (not by Mr. Russo) that the case would take years to settle and that experts would need to be hired. Then, out of nowhere, I received all my documents back in the mail with no conversation or explanation. Mr. Russo claimed he called me multiple times, but if that were true, wouldn't a professional attorney at least leave a voicemail before abandoning a client after a year? I'm now preparing for another foot surgery to try to fix what my previous surgeon damaged. I have no feeling in my left foot, my toes don't move, and the entire foot has atrophied -- yet this firm didn't care to stand by me or fight for me as promised. I'm a nurse who can no longer work due to this injury, and this firm wasted nearly a year of my limited time to file a claim by doing absolutely nothing. If I had known how they operated, I would have gone elsewhere from the start. I do not recommend this firm at all. They were unprofessional, unresponsive, and showed no compassion or accountability. Stay away if you want an attorney who truly cares about your case.

I had a car accident and found Granite state law group and i was very pleased I found them. They are very on top of things and any time I had a question it was answered very quickly. I definitely recommend this law firm. I'd go to then again if ever I needed a good set of lawyers. 5 stars for sure.
