Told me I would be released on one date and told courts and jail another. Even called the week before and talked to him. Told me the release date he said before was correct. When I asked for an updated release they told me Nothing had changed and they had spoken with my lawyer. Dodged my calls after for the rest of the week. Thought he did a good job at first. Until he left me sitting in jail with a false hope promise. Guys a snake

My experience, having Dan Dockett for a lawyer, was not as pleasant as the positive experiences that I see here in his list of reviews. Unfortunately, though I could've went to my parents for help to pay for a lawyer to represent me in my case, I took a chance with using a court appointed attorney. I had the misfortune of receiving Dan Dockett. I guess it was his turn to put in his time to do pro bono work. Anyone would figure that a person would receive the same amount respect from a lawyer that is representing you, as he would give anyone else that were paying him top dollar to represent them. Right?You would also think that he would work as hard for you as he would for someone who paying him? I mean, shouldn't a true decent human being give their all to fight for a person, especially when given the proper evidence that proves you to be the victim and not the problem? In my case, that didn't happen. The only thing Mr Dockett did for me, was make a plea deal that was completely absurd. He didn't even care to take my case to trial. His demeanor showed great levels of apathy as opposed to the empathy that a person, in my position, deserves. Dan Dockett is a good lawyer when presented with the right amount money to fill his pockets. I feel for anyone who has him as a court appointed attorney. They will only receive substandard treatment along with substandard efforts from him. That shows how much of a substandard person he really is.

One of the greatest human beings I've ever had the privilege of meeting. Mr. Duckett helped myself and my family get through two very difficult times and we will NEVER forget it! Honest, honorable, and caring are words that don't begin to describe the man.

Although I hope to avoid situations that require legal representation, I would call Dan everytime hands down if I needed to. Knowledgable and through when obtaining information regarding my particular case. With his guidance, I was able to navigate through a difficult legal situation, and come out on the other side feeling blessed. Thanks Dan!!

Amazing service! No complaints whatsoever with the outstanding service I received from this office. Would use this office again if the time called for it 10/10!!
