Mr. Parnell assured me his associate was perfect for my case. That associate ignored my emails for months then he filed a petition with inaccurate information without my approval (I didn't see it before he filed it) and IN THE WRONG COURT! Then when HE became a SHE, she left the firm and I was dropped! They left me with a case filed in the wrong court with false accusations! Almost 3 years and still no resolution. I had to hire other lawyers and pay another retainer. I communicated all of this to Rory himself and all I got was an apology. My credit is shot, my ex is still living in OUR house and hasn't paid the mortgage in over a year. All of this would have been resolved if James/Julia Hawthorn filed in the correct court with accurate information in the first place. My ex is now accusing me of LYING when I told James the statements made were false. And I still owe them money in which they haven't sent me an itemized bill although I've requested one several times.
