We had a great experience at Cohen & Winters, from start to finish. Had a hard time deciding who to used for estate planning. We wanted a will, a power of attorney, and set up our house in a trust. We worked with Andrew Winters and Tiffany Rudoph. Both are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The process was easy for us and very reasonable. We recommend them.

Had a great experience with Cohen & Winters. They promptly responded to my inquiry and scheduled a follow up consultation at no charge. It was great to connect and ask a few questions and get a better understanding of their process before incurring any fees. Brian was professional and answered all my questions, timely responded on emails, and provided guidance. Was happy with his expertise and guidance, helping me navigate an unfamiliar situation. He was very reassuring and tolerated a lot of questions. Would work with Brian and/or Cohen & Winters again if I need counsel in the future!

I've spent some time writing this review because when choosing an attorney, especially during a contentious situation, it can truly dictate the outcome.
Melanie was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, always made herself available, took the time to answer my questions, and demonstrated strong knowledge across many areas.
However, in my particular divorce case, I often felt we were playing catch-up to my ex and his legal tactics. When children are involved, that dynamic can create additional emotional strain on top of what is already a difficult process. This was often explained as "that's just how family court works," and while that may be true, it isn't common knowledge for most people, especially those going through it for the first time.
For the amount of time and money spent on my case, I felt there was an overall lack of explanation throughout the process. I was often left to assume I understood certain aspects or that outcomes were inevitable, rather than being fully informed. A clearer overview of the intricacies of family court, the divorce process, and what's considered "normal" in these situations would have made a significant difference in my decisions and experience.
For example, even something as fundamental as understanding the difference between joint ownership and equitable ownership during property division wasn't explained until after it became an issue, requiring reactive rather than proactive action, which was unfortunately a recurring theme.
This isn't to shame, in every other way my attorney showed up for me. I simply believe that for many clients navigating divorce for the first time, breaking down the complexities of the law into more digestible and practical explanations is essential to help them make informed decisions and feel empowered throughout the process rather than failed in family court.

Cohen & Winters did a great job helping me through the divorce process. Brian Rose was my attorney and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks me. He is very knowledgable and answers my questions completely and then some. He is very easy to get a hold of. Answers emails with a pretty good turn around. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I chose Cohen & Winters to prepare our Trust after a very good recommendation for them from our daughter. She had used them while assisting a friend who was having a Trust prepared, as well.
Our services were provided by Attorney Andrew Winters and Paralegal Tiffany Rudolph. They both were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable to work with ! Tiffany and I communicated, online and by telephone, numerous times. She was always very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very patient with me for my questions, comments and changes !!
We met Attorney Winters at the closing. He, as stated before, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
In closing, they were both very pleasant to work with, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for Estate guidance !!
