Amazing, I was referred to Jonathan Hicks from my Doctor after I was in a car accident, i really didn't know what to expect as I had called one of the accident lawyers from the TV, i wont mention names but they refused to take my case due to not enough damage to my car, when I spoke to Jonathan he was very friendly and personable. I meet with him in his office the next day, he sat with me and my partner explained everything he was very informative and set my mind at ease. I felt like i was being heard and his concern was me and my well being. They kept in contact with me and my accident was in January and i received my settlement in may, they negotiated my medical bills down and i was able to get the treatment needed. This will be an ongoing process of recovery for me but Jonathan really helped me and i would recommend him to any and all people who need his services.

My accident happened 23 December 2015. January of 2016, I talk to Attorney Hicks about my accident. He took my case and gave me brief procedure how he will handle my case. I followed all the instruction and submitted written report. January 26, 2017 I received an e-mail from Catherine Barnhill: Just wanted to provide you a brief update on the litigation status. We filed the lawsuit in your case, the court issued summonses for the defendants, and we are in the process of getting the defendants served at this time. Once the defendants are served, we will then await their answer to the lawsuit, and they will have a few weeks in which to file it. I was thankful for the brief update. It is more than a year now and I don't have any idea how much longer do I have to wait.
