They Erased My Review, But Not the Truth I previously left a detailed and honest review about my experience at this law office. Strangely, that review has from this new review portal for this business -- but it looks like you can still access it --while a new business profile with only positive ratings has appeared. If you would like to see my original review it is on one of the newest in their other business profile. To be clear: I was treated like a transaction, not a person. I was offered no real engagement, just a price tag. The consultation felt cold, rushed, and impersonal. And the apology call I received afterward? It didn't feel like an apology at all. It felt like damage control. They responded to my original review with legalese, not empathy. Then they started over online, as if the negative experiences of real people could be deleted. But I haven't forgotten. And I'm not the only one. If you're looking for counsel who will actually listen, ask questions, and meet you with some basic respect--keep looking.

If you have been accused of something please do yourself a favor and at least have a consultation with Tom. It is overwhelming to go through this experience, particularly when you have never been accused of something in the past.
