Jenny Hubach did not defend my son -- she surrendered. We hired Jenny during an incredibly serious legal case for my son in Nevada. He had no prior record, and the incident involved a fear-based, defensive reaction during a road rage confrontation -- something he's now serving 4-8 years for. Jenny came into the case injured, soft-spoken, and unwilling to push. She didn't challenge the prosecution's version of events. She didn't highlight the other driver's admitted aggression or fight for my son's right to context and fairness. She pressured him into a plea deal, then told us afterward: "I tried to tell them all that, but they just weren't having it." That's not defense. That's compliance. Only later did we learn she's a former prosecutor and part-time judge -- and honestly, it shows. She didn't advocate like someone used to defending people; she acted like someone still used to working within the court's comfort zone. We needed a fighter. We got silence. Please do your research before hiring. If you want someone to stand up to the system -- not fold into it -- keep looking.

I had the BEST experience with Jenny, I was facing multiple very big Class B and C felonies for trafficking and having a firearm illegally . I was supposed to face MANDATORY prison time but Jenny was able to get most of the huge charges dropped allowing me to plea to the smaller ones to receive only probation . I was facing 20 years in prison and she got me 2 years of probation , I am now a changed man because of this process. I wouldn't have been here for my wife and daughter if it wasn't for Jenny . If you ever need a lawyer in Nevada don't hesitate to contact Jenny . She will work her absolute hardest to get you the best outcome possible .
