Kyle Hess and his team are truly incredible! They were clear, fair, and straightforward throughout the whole claims process. They were there for me every step of the way and were always quick to answer my questions! We are still waiting on our money been 8 months for simple case.We had to do our own foot work getting them hospital records including picking them up n faxing to them.All papers were signed for them to receive all.The first time the papers were not the ones they needed so 3 days nothing heard from them then when we called proceeded to be told those were not the right ones did they inform no.Not one time have they called us .Now it's been 5 weeks and still have not received the money from the insurance they keep saying give it 4 or 5 more days. Seriously lack of communication and caring about how there clients need the money they have no sympathy for ones without .But they got theres ..All we need is our money and still we wait And for more info how would you know who to call and proceed to tell them to take the review down how detrimental to your businesstand Welleverything I said must have been the truth I'm sorry but my review stands And so we called yesterday check sent out friday we were told it's tuesday and no check .Its like seriously.Om getting to where I don't think they know anything. We havbt even seen a bill or anything that they have charged us any amount of money .Receipt so we know how much paid they havbt sent nothing so we are confused about what is going on and still we wait. I don't know how you can say it was handled right .I remember the paper and him calling and was told the whole amount would be his well it's not that way at all and we are very unhappy with the outcome and nothing ljke he was told .I will not take my comments down and would like you to not try and friend me on Facebook I'm not your friend never have and never will .
