The NPA retained attorney Shamus Flynn to represent us in a FOIA request to an entity we expected to resist following the statute. As expected, they initially raised all manner of objections that had no basis in law. Shamus researched each objection and was able to respond in such a way that made it clear they would not prevail in a court challenge.
