I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at JK Nelson Law Firm. Throughout my case, I encountered repeated unprofessional behavior that left me feeling frustrated and misrepresented. First, I was shocked to discover that the firm worked on documents containing inaccurate and false information that did not reflect the actual facts of my case. These errors were never discussed with me in advance, and I was not given a proper opportunity to review or approve them before they were sent out or filed. Additionally, the firm seemed to assign an excessive number of paralegals to the same task, which felt inefficient and costly. Simple drafts appeared to be passed between multiple staff members, creating unnecessary delays and confusion rather than improving the quality of the work, and constantly having to provide them with the same fills I already submitted to there firm, under there request. This combination of unapproved charges, inaccurate work, and inefficiency has left me feeling misled and poorly represented. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend JK Nelson Law Firm and would encourage others to carefully review their agreements and monitor their billing and work product closely.

Over the course of my case, I was shocked to receive requests for additional funds beyond the agreed-upon retainer. These requests came without any prior discussion, justification, or explanation of why the costs had risen. I later learned that work had been performed on documents I was never informed about, and that these documents had been prepared, reviewed, or edited by multiple paralegals -- often working on the same task. This approach not only seemed inefficient, but it also inflated the amount of billable time charged to my case. At no point were these additional charges run by me in advance, nor was I given the opportunity to consent to the work being done.

Does not review demands before they are sent in. Discourages you from going to court. Has Legal assistance handle everything. Worst Atty I've ever had to deal with.

We had a wonderful experience with Johnathan and his staff One of the ladies from Vegas quit and Cezar Cuevas took over and was very helpful, acknowledgeable and handled the case fast and with professionalism Johnathan is top notch and was always available to answer questions! JK Nelson Law handled my case with professionalism and care. My attorney delivered where it counted, and was very efficient with his time on my case. Over the course of the litigation, he provided me sound legal advice throughout all the dynamic situations as they developed, as well as provided me with plenty of various legal angles to the issues at hand to consider. There were some specific needs in my case that required consultation with another attorney out of state, and this was quickly facilitated via remote video conferencing on top of everything else in motion. The office staff at JK Nelson Law were excellent as well; they stayed on top of all the document work and were always available for scheduling needs. I highly recommend JK Nelson Law!
