This place has the worst communication I always have to call and text them multiple times, I went through like 3 case managers they cannot keep an employee for the life of them. They get annoyed when you call them but they don't return your calls. It doesn't hurt to communicate properly and they say it's because "there's no progress" but after a year and some months have passed the any information (regardless if it's the same info) is better than no phone call or no contact in general. I see all these reviews and they are good so I want to know if this is a race thing or they are just genuinely a sucky law firm or maybe my case is just dragging. Which is fine I understand these things take long but I've been here before and never had this poor of communication it's like I have to beg and please and threaten a new lawyer to get a call back.
