Getting rear ended sucked, but working with Learner and Rowe was actually a good experience. Yolanda Sharp was great from start to finish. She was knowledgeable and responsive the entire process. First off, Shelly is absolutely amazing. What a great experience that I have had. I have been working with Shelly for about 10 weeks now, and it is everything that I was hoping for and so much more. I feel that Shelly has gone above and beyond so many times for me. I have contacted Shelly several times and she has always answered all of my questions and concerns. Shelly explains things to me on a level that I understand, and I feel so comfortable speaking with her and understand everything that she has explained to me. Shelly takes the time to explain everything from start to finish. I am able to reach Shelly either through phone, text, and email and she responds very quickly. I have had problems with reaching the other company to resolve several issues several times, and after reaching out to Shelly regarding the situations, within 24 hours or less all of the issues were resolved.

I was in car accident in January 2024. My car was totaled. At the time I didn't think I was seriously injured however, as it turns out my injuries led to back fusion surgery. I contacted Lerner and Rowe after seeing their TV ads. I 1st spoke with DJ. He explained the procedure and connected me with an attorney to answer any questions I had prior to agreeing to be a client. I felt good about these guys and started the procedure. After a few months the attorney handling my case contacted me. We scheduled a meeting at his Reno NV.office. I felt he had my best interest and I was comfortable with Zachary. My surgery was done February 2025. After surgery Zach and I met several time to discuss my recovery and settlement. The responsible party was under insured for my injuries however, my underinsured motorist coverage was sufficient. Zach handled the negotiations something I will tell you there is no way I could have done on my own. Don't listen to the other insurance adjuster when they say you will end up with more without an attorney. There's a lot more that goes into recovering a fair settlement than meets the eye. I was contacted in October 2025 by Tina informing me they had the funds in their office and were preparing a settlement notice for my signature. It was very fair. They earned their percentage.
