I will start off by saying that Jack Bernstein definitely has your back. I was in a minor car accident in April. I was so lost and confused what to do. I called a few law firms that I recognized their names and could not get passed the answering service or the call intake. I was asked if my vehicle was totaled and if I was injured in the car accident. My answer was my car was not totaled, and i had minor injuries. With those answers I was told they could not help me, I assume the case wasn't big enough for them. Then I called Mr Jack Bernstein office and guess who answered the phone, Jack himself! We talked for a few minutes and I answered several questions and he said he would be more than happy to represent me! What a relief! My next conversation was with Dan his input processor. I went to their office the next day and met with Dan. I Spent several hours with questions, answers, documents, contract and so on. I Never felt rushed or pressured. The next day I received a call from Erika, one of the law firms case managers. Another great experience. Erika is very polite and extremely knowledgeable. She helped and guided me through this whole process. She called me every week with updates, questions, how I was felling and so on.
