I was in a car accident that wasn't my fault (obviously). They had my case sitting on the desk no movement. I started calling almost everyday to get some results. A lot of broken promises of return cases and deadlines broken. I was receiving letters from the other party insurance but was told the car had no coverage. I basically started my investigation. I decided to take off from work to go up the office. I get to the office and the front desk said everyone was in a meeting at the same time a lawyer was walking a client out. I was told my case manager had personal things going on (not my problem) and not in the office. Asked to speak to a manager because I was not leaving till I get answers. Was helped by Cynthia and she went over my case and things started moving faster. I would not recommend them to anyone especially if you don't want to feel any worse than you already feel
