Typical hype. While waiting on the phone for the call center to screen my details, I listened to John Morgan talk about his experience with his brother getting hurt and how this inspired him to become a lawyer. It was a great story but as soon learned, my case was just to hard for them so they said and I quote: "I'm sorry sir..." so basically, they are for themselves and if you have a difficult case, be prepared for the words: "I'm sorry but at this time we are unable to accept your case" Good luck and I hope you find someone who backs up their hype and says, something like: "I know you have been through the ringer by the insurance companies and this case will not be easy but we are ready to take on this case and get you back to whole." This firm is the epitome of don't fall for the hype. Do your own research and choose local!

After a one hour questions and answers over the phone we were told sorry about your situation and we will send you a text to perhaps find help elsewhere with absolutely no explanation as to why they won't take it but agreed it was a legit legal matter. I was told "I'm sorry but I can't say why" it would be helpful to know why as I further seek help. Terrible way to do business.
