This is an unethical man that cannot be trusted. Here's a brutally blunt review: What happened with R. Nathan Gibbs happened years ago, but the impact was so destructive that it's still important to warn people about who this man is. Hiring him was one of the most devastating mistakes of my life. He took over $24,000 and left my situat.on worse than when I first came to him. He dodged responsibility, avoided communication, and disappeared whenever I needed answers. Weeks went by with nothing but silence, while my case collapsed under his neglect. Then, on December 30th -right before a holiday weekend- t he dumped my case with no warning and no explanation. He didn't have the courage to face what he had caused. He ran. That's who he is: someone who vanishes when he's questioned. And after everything he had already done, he still tried to squeeze more money out of me through a lien. Instead of professionalism or accountability, he chose intimidation. He acted like someone who targets people he thinks he can get away with hurting. One of the lowest, most heartless moments was when my son needed a simple financial-verification letter for a school application. Gibbs knew my financial situation down to the last detail. Writing the letter would have taken him minutes. He refused. That unnecessary cruelty affected my child's future. He devastated my life. He took my trust, my money, my time, and left damage behind. He preys on people he believes are vulnerable, and he hides when confronted. What happened years ago still matters today, because people deserve to know exactly who they're dealing with.

An honest review of my experience. I am closing in on a year since my divorce happened. It has taken me a long time to digest what happened and why it happened the way it did. Did my Lawyer Saira do everything she could to get the verdict we think I deserved? I'd like to think so. I went and did all the steps, I turned in all the paperwork and from my personal understanding, the opposition didn't do the same and were very uncooperative (at least my ex wife was because I dealt with her on a weekly basis for a whole year). Was her lawyer? That was my perception by what I was told by my lawyer and how he acted in the courtroom. The reason I say, "from my personal understanding" because I am not a lawyer. All I know is what I perceived happened and how it turned out for me. In the end I was taken for a ride by the opposition and by Judge Ritchie. What I perceived was my lawyer did all that she could but if the judge doesn't see it that way, it doesn't matter. He has the final decision and if he makes up his mind favoring one side, then its hard to convince him otherwise. All your friends and family will tell you that you are the winner. They want you to ask all the questions but they're not the ones paying for those frivolous questions, you are. They will tell you that your case is golden. The problem is they are not the lawyer, the judge and none of them have the final verdict. So listen to your lawyer and not friends and family. They don't know and if they did, that person would have their own practice. My only gripe I felt if they my Lawyers office felt that the judge would be an uphill battle and it would be hard to win against him, that they could have advised me otherwise. After the case an employee of the office told me that Ritchie is a hard judge to go against. Other then that, I think the office of Kelleher and Kelleher did the best they could. Chris
