Let me start this off by saying Angela and the rest of the staff are the most pleasant and understanding people I have worked with. In the beginning I was nervous about getting any assistance because to be frank, I know nothing about insurance or accidents. After the first meeting with Angela and her team it was very clear to me that I was in the company of good people that want to do right by me. Not only were they on top of communication with me but they also went above and beyond to explain certain aspect of the whole process to me. They have amazing communication with their clients and do everything they can to get things done in a timely manner. I was left without a car for a little time and Angela understood that, so she helped me get in contact with a loaner car as well. They also issued me a preliminary check because they understood I was desperately in need of transpiration for my job. All and all this team is amazing and if I ever need assistance again (which I really hope I won't) I will be going directly back to their team.
