If I could give zero stars I would. Ashley Albertson has proven to be the worst lawyer I've ever been unfortunate enough to come in contact with. Throughout my family members case she was rude, unhelpful, and completely incompetent in defending him. Several instances of paperwork not being filed, dates missed, and complete silence while in the courtroom. She came across more as working for prosecution than for the defense. Since the trial, even with several matters still needing attention, she has seemed to have completely washed her hands of finishing her job. All this is made worse by the office staff. Michelle, the office manager, is by far the rudest of anyone I've spoken to in that office. Refusing to help with the situation at all. If you are looking for a lawyer to actually represent you in court, please please look to someone else!

Ashley helped us with our second custody case and I would give 4 stars for that, however we're dropping ours down to a 2. We went back to Ashley as our son's father was not upholding his half and continuing to put our son in danger. Upon going back to seek her help, she was short and rude on the phone, told us we'd be lucky to move jurisdictions from Lincoln to Omaha, would be put with the same judge and would have the same outcome... Also it was the same $5k down to start as the first time around. She was very pessimistic about everything and didn't seem that she would fight for what was right so we went elsewhere. Happy we did as we paid $1500 down, we were moved from Lincoln to Omaha within 2 weeks with a lawyer that knew what they were doing, we paid Ashley for 2 years of service over $20,000, this new lawyer for 2 years of service was under $6k to finalize and finish. We walked away with FULL LEGAL and PHYSICAL custody of our son for less than half the price and someone who cared and communicated! Go with Ryan Lewis for a good lawyer who knows what he's doing, knows the judges, doesn't charge an arm and a leg and has practiced for over 20 years! He did a phenomenal job!

I would highly recommend these lawyers! Ashley was awesome! She helped me go through my stressful divorce process, explained and guided me through everything. I came from different country and English is second language, she was patient with me and she really cared about my case. I will recommend her to everyone. Thank you Ashley

Had a family member call to inquire about setting up a consult. They were told it would be a free consult over the phone and then sent an email stating it would be $100 for the consult. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, Michelle was very rude and accused my family member of making this up and stating my office people wouldn't say that and proceeded to say "ok thanks have a good day bye" and hung up. VERY professional, zero accountability and disrespectful within being on the phone for 2 minutes. Thank you

Ashley is amazing! I was falsely accused by my husband's affair partner and she was able to get the bogus charges dismissed. I can't recommend her highly enough! Don't waste your time with any other attorney.
