I have been with them for about a year and a half. Based off my expierence this is one of the least professional offices by far. The time line of 6m to a year we have crossed. My case has been passed off from one parallegal to the next and i have been given the run around for a very long time. I have done all the work for the parallegals since they couldn't ever get anything resolved. I call to get a update and it is a hassle. To get clear answers on a case that should've been closed out. I was told since november of last year that a demand was being sent out... it was officially sent in april more than 4 months of nothing being done even after that i still had to keep caling after 30 days due to no response by insurance of other party. I have voiced my concerns about lack of communication multiple times and absolutely nothing has changed. I want with them bc they reached out tk me and told me the process was quick and simple and all it has been is extra stress and a headache. They do not care about the clients and only care about being paid out for work they did not due. It is sad to be paying a lawyer that isn't even right for you but at this point against you. I have tried to do things the right way and yet nothing is being done and they are not holding up thier end of the bargin. Me personally i would never ever recommend anyone here. All i want is fir them to work on my case which apparently is too much to ask. They schedule phone calls with you just to no respect your time and just continuously leave you waiting on a call back. I have given them plenty time and opportunity to make it right and they choose not to. Uteer disrespect for the clients is alm i am getting.At this point i give up. I gave them yet another chance and the same things are happening them saying they are sending documents then calling me for the same log in for records that supossibly they had already sent off for them to send them weeks after telling me they already sent them. Its a slap in the face the way my time isn't respected. Literally we are still a year and a half after the accident due to my injuries i couldn't work, car got repossessed and everything. I GIVE UP!! I have endlessly communicated my concerns effectively many times and it gets better for a little bit then right back to the same thing.

I don't even know where to begin. My case dates back to 2017. I was in a horrible hit-and-run accident that was not my fault. The kids who hit me had stolen the car and were on leave from juvenile detention. This case should have been simple and straightforward. Instead, it dragged on for a full four years due to the constant turnover of paralegals at the firm. I was passed from one paralegal to another, which created confusion and delays. Mr. Inkelaar did absolutely nothing to help--he only got frustrated with me and spoke to me in a condescending manner. He made comments about me being a "young girl" and told me, "this is a lot of money," as if I didn't understand the value of my own case and health. He got into multiple heated arguments with both me and my father. One of the paralegals once told me that my case should result in a substantial settlement due to the ongoing medical care I would need. When we brought this up to Mr. Inkelaar, he dismissed it and said she should have never told us that. It was clear he was not properly overseeing his employees--or my case. I wanted to take the case to court, but he fought me on it. He was adamant about avoiding trial and completely disregarded my wishes. I felt like I was fighting against my own lawyer instead of having someone fighting for me. To this day, I regret not switching lawyers. I wasn't treated fairly, and I did not receive the compensation I deserved, especially considering how clear-cut the case should have been. I later met with two other attorneys to discuss my experience, and both told me it was absolutely absurd. They agreed I should have gone to court and likely would have received significantly more. I regret this experience every single day. Absolutely do NOT go to this law firm.

Mr. Inkelaar is an extremely knowledgeable man when it comes to how to handle things after being involved in an accident that is not your fault. I am confident that he is probably a great defender even if an accident was your fault. He is an easy man to communicate with and will do best for you in the long run. If I ever need someone or multiple people to defend me, there is not a better firm out there than Inkelaar Law. Thank you.

It took some time to get at the heart of the matter, but my attorney stuck with it and I am happy. My disability will be with me forever but now have a means to cope with this new life trial. Thanks for all the help. It is always good to know that there are one's who won't give up the hard fight for their clients
