Horrible. Over 4 months he had our case. Told him icu rooms have cameras. Just said 'no way they were recording" told him talk to the main surgeon. He didn't. Suggested he maybe talk to the lady that nearly killed my wife, she may actually say the truth. Didn't. Only real thing I can attest to was he says had a hard time finding expert witness to be of help. Something I just did today myself, 3 of them actually. And page after page of info . But then he calls and says he feels this case will go to trial, and he can't represent us. In other words he is all for the free 33.3% of a settlement. But other than that you're on your own. I suggest keep looking for a TRIAL attorney. He wasted over 4 months when a limit of 2 years for this.
