If I could give a 0, I would. Intake receptionist lacked compassion and empathy for potential clients. Wouldn't answer simple question such as "how's your day going," and "what's your name." Lawyers could be awesome or it might be the culture at this firm. I wouldn't know because my information didn't get taken. After stating I had a broken wrist from my injures, catastrophic injuries is the only kind of cases she stated they work on.
I can't say enough good things about Joseph and Patrick. They are amazing and compassionate lawyers. They have fought for us and my son, and they continue to fight the good fight.
