After what seemed like a great consultation, we exchanged a few emails with Kimberley and then unfortunately never heard back. I've been never been ghosted by a law firm but I guess there's a first for everything? It's a shame because we were demoralized with our situation but our conversation with Kimberley gave us some hope. Huge letdown to be honest. Unfortunately, we couldn't recommend. Not sure if this is normal from this firm. We would have preferred a rejection if they didn't want to take us on, but to just not respond and leave us hanging for weeks left a bad taste in our mouth.

Charles "Charlie" Grimes is the attorney partner I had the pleasure of working with through Burnett Legal Group after a previous attorney dropped the ball on my case. The difference in working with Charlie was immediate and clear. He was responsive, communicated well, and made sure I always knew where things stood. Whether by phone or email, I never had to chase him down for updates. He kept the process moving, explained the next steps clearly, and followed through on everything he said he would do. Charlie came across as very knowledgeable. It was clear he understood the legal and procedural aspects of my case and his confidence in handling it helped me feel more at ease throughout the process. My case involved collections on an out-of-state judgment related to a real estate failure-to-disclose case. Charlie handled it with professionalism and attention to detail. He was easy to work with, straightforward, and reliable throughout. I highly recommend him.

Layf Carlson represented me in a leaving the scene of an accident citation. Layf pointed out all possible outcomes, and went to work getting the charges dismissed, which was the ultimate outcome of the this event. He proved himself to be very knowledgeable of the law, and a very capable Lawyer, Whom I would use again and heartily recommend.

Let me start by saying this legal stuff was never suppose to be my thing but due to unforeseen circumstances it fell to me. Mom set up her trust with Anne Burnett and she was great with her. After her death she and Zach Kneale were so helpful and very kind walking me through this process. I would highly recommend them. Especially if you have no clue what you're doing.

Working with Burnett Legal Group was the absolute worst "professional" service I've ever worked with. It took Burnett nearly a year to finish a relatively simple task. We had to continuously check back in to ask them to do the things they said they would, which dragged this process out. I wish I counted the number of hours wasted repeating myself. Their awful service was topped off with billing issues. Steer clear of this incompetent, apathetic firm.
