Susan's patience, confident expertise, professionalism, and caring are all phenomenal. Working through an adoption was a very emotionally trying time. We didn't have much in the way of spare mental or emotional energy, but Susan made it so that we didn't need to do anything but look after ourselves, our baby, and made the legal portion as painless as possible. What really struck me was how gentle and kind she is. Coupled with an incredible amount of expertise and the ability to pivot at a moment's notice to look after her clients, her professionalism is nothing short of inspiring. I can't imagine what this process would have been like without her. She will forever have our gratitude.
