I would strongly advise anyone considering this attorney to look elsewhere. Throughout my case, my financial interests were not properly protected. When questions came up about my income, he failed to explain or defend the legitimate expenses that were part of it. I raised my concerns multiple times because the work simply wasn't getting done. Instead of addressing the problems, he chose to quit after I called him out -- and still collected full payment for everything after walking away. A professional attorney should advocate for their client and take responsibility, not abandon the case when questioned. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this lawyer to anyone seeking dependable and ethical representation.

Dave is a great attorney. I really appreciated his honesty upfront with what he thought was worth my money to pursue. I never felt like just another client. He was very punctual with responses as well. If you're in need of a great family law attorney, you've found him.

Dave is a great attorney, he takes the time to learn his case and is extremely prepared and professional. Dave assisted me in a child custody case regarding my granddaughters. This lasted more than 5 years. He was awesome with very difficult opposing attorney. Trial lasted more than 18 hours. Highly recommend Dave.

**Updated review 10/10/20** I am finally proceeding with bankruptcy and went back to David Kykers office since I had met with him in the past. Still not disappointed!! Mandi, who is the office manager and also handles all of the bankruptcies is nothing short of fabulous!!! She is SO organized, explains every single thing in a way that's easy to understand and to the point and doesn't miss a detail. I normally wouldn't just throw it out there about filing for bankruptcy but I left their office this morning feeling nothing short of confident and finally feeling in control of my financial situation. There was no judgement from them only a desire to help and prevent this from happening in the future. I would recommend them to anyone looking at what can be a very daunting process!! **2 years ago**I have only met with Mr. Kyker once. He was very accommodating to my schedule and answered all my questions. My consultation with him was free and I didn't feel rushed in any way. He explained the process down to every detail for the reason I was there. He was recommended to me by a few people and I was not disappointed.
