My case ran for 3- 3 1/2 years and Cuddigan stuck with me the whole time. Whenever I had a question, they were willing to listen and were always courteous. My legal assistants were fantastic. I had two because one had a baby and was on leave for 3 months, but that's reasonable. Babies are important. In my opinion, if a legal company expects you at work and not taking care of a newborn, then how will they treat their clients? I was also very happy with how Tim handled my hearing. We were very precise, he prepped me on all the legal language, and was nice. He was strict at times about needing appointments for evidence and pushed me to do things right away to secure my case and hearing. It was kinda like how my dad would be when I was in school. They're very personable. I liked that. When I won my case, and needed help with questions after we closed, my legal assistant still answered my calls and answered my questions about what the acceptance paperwork was saying. I'm so so so glad I chose Cuddigan and I feel very blessed. :)
