The secretary is the worst person I have ever talked to. She is very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful, and the whole staff exhibits similar behavior. I made more than five calls today, during which I recorded how she answered the phone and then hung up on me. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Horrible experience!! Veronica,the secretary is so improfessional and rude so much so that she hangs up the phones on clients without giving a conclusive answer. The lawyer is an unprofessional and shameless being. What this lawyer does is write letters in the name of his clients saying that the clients do not want to continue a case with him and making them sign a paper when everything is a lie while it is he who does not want to continue.It such a terrible place to go.PLEASE DO NOT TRUST IN THIS PEOPLE!!!! NO CONFIEN EN ESTA GENTE SON UNOS DESCARADOS EMPEZANDO POR LA SECRETARIA VERONICA Y TERMINANDO POR SU ABOGADO.Piense primero antes de consultar este lugar.

Derrick, Veronica, and the secretary have all been very helpful. Both Derrick and Veronica took time out of their day to help us on a family incarceration issue. Out of 10 plus lawyer firms we have talked to, these two have been the only people that have truly answered all our questions and concerns without even charging us for a consultation. Very rude staff. The main receptionist accused us of "not paying our bills" because we owed 200$ in a account which we agreed on making payments on. When approached about her extremely rude comments, she said she did nothing wrong. We said we would pay the rest of the amount that following Monday as soon as we got in to talk to Derek, so that Monday as we were speaking to the lawyer, she walks in the office and says "here's your bill since you don't check your mail".. unnecessary sly remarks. I proceeded to say that it was rude of her to barge in and Be rude and Derek kicked us out of his office and returned us our money. If that's how you treat your customers, then heads up to the next guy.
