I attended this workshop in Kalispell and found it very worthwhile. The information was practical, well explained, and backed up with clear examples that made sense to me. I'm still years away from retirement, let alone Long Term Care, but the strategies discussed gave me a better understanding of what I should be thinking about now. It's a solid resource that I'm glad I came across.

This elder law informational training is VERY very helpful for providing home and asset protection for self and heirs. We learned so much good information and we are approaching 60 and now is the perfect time for PROACTIVE planning. Really recommend this seminar!

I don't often give testimonials or recommendations. I'm giving Montana Elder Law my Full-Throated recommendation for their work and the results that they achieved for my mother. The process isn't easy to get someone qualified for Medicaid-it shouldn't be. That being said, even if you think your particular situation should be deserved and obvious, don't waste your time and efforts trying to go it alone. Your odds of success aren't going to be very good-if any. Even if you employ MT Elder Law, although you are still going to have to do a lot of work and the process is long, do not get discouraged. Stefan, Joyce and Dee will guide you through the process. They will tell you exactly what to do. They are real professionals. There is nobody in the state that can do the work that they do. They are truly doing compassionate work.

The free presentation on estate planning and asset protection was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for clarifying important points. It will be a relief to follow through with the information I received this morning.
