I had this firm set up an LLC years ago. The annual registered agent fee and the cost to add vehicles to my LLC has grown substantially since then; to the point that it's actually less expensive to just do an in-state registration. Plus, many states are cracking down on out-of-state registrations and issuing fines. I feel that jed heggen and his staff does not value long-time customers and could care less if you cancel their service, which I'm doing as soon as I set up another registered agent. I would think twice about using them because you'll be paying double in a matter of a few years.
