My husband and I used Mike Doggett as our attorney following two separate car accidents. It was such a relief to have him take over the calls from insurance as they pressure you so much to settle in the moment. We appreciated his recommendation to wait until we were fully recovered prior to settlement to ensure we did not have any long term issues. He checked in on us following the accidents to see how we were doing and gave us local recommendations for practices he has seen give the best recovery to his clients. Extremely poor communication!!! Does not return emails or calls unless mentioning a call to a judge or member of the bar. I am filing with state disciplinary committee on his handling of my case. Seemed like carrying things on and on without any kind of work done. Kept wanting me to put the work in to get records and such which as we all know is the attorneys office job to do. He didn't know I've worked with attorneys before and know how the process works (did not file to State having taken the case). Has no office the address which is to a mailbox (business that holds his mail). I believe he was pushing things out to pass any statue of limitations as he lied about that as well. DO NOT recommend to not use this attorney!!!!

Respectful secretaries. Very courteous. Great response time after leaving a message. Actually takes the time on weekends and his holidays to communicate with client (me). Hardworking, honest lawyer that uses facts to show his cause. This is a warrior poet I'd want any day of the week representing me.
