I would not recommend her if your case involves domestic violence. She is not trauma-informed or understands that spousal abuse is child abuse (just like the rest of the court system in Flathead). Over the course of a year, I sent her many emails asking her if she was going to fight for my innocent child. You should never have to beg someone to fight for your child. Also, she recommends the guardian ad litem, Christina Larsen. Who is not trauma-informed or understands that spousal abuse is child abuse. Christina Larsen testified in court that her "special training" in child abuse/family violence was from law school - so 25 years ago? Once you agree to a GAL you can not get them off of your case until the judge orders it or you agree with the opposing party. For Tiffany, it is a guaranteed paycheck as long as you have a GAL involved. Christina Larsen tends to pick the parent that she likes better. She did not order a psychological examination, drug testing, chemical dependency evaluation, or parenting assessments for either parent. Her investigation included emails to parents, one in-person office visit, and two phone calls over the course of a year. She had a social worker do ONE home visit that lasted nearly 45 minutes. Larsen did not personally see either parent parent. During one of the two phone calls she told me that I should be happy my child was coming back home in diapers. This was after I told her the diapers were too small, causing rashes, and he was soiling through them. That pretty much sets the standard of care your children will be in with Christina Larsen as your GAL. If you hire Tiffany this is who she recommends. Tiffany also recommends Navigation Services for supervised visits and safe exchanges. They, however, are a wonderful service. I'm happy to tell you more about that. Also, Tiffany and Christina use Pat Sylvia for supervised visits/safe exchanges. I do NOT recommend Pat Sylvia. It took her 6 months to remember to call my child by the correct name... and other more pressing issues. So please contact me if you'd like to know more specific details.
