He chose the mediator and we spent HUNDREDS of dollars to come to an agreement on a parenting plan that DARIN NEVER FILED. THEY TOOK US FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHTS WE AGREED ON... we will be going to court civilly, this time with representation. He is a crook!!
